To book a ride, simply open the Habal app or website, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your preferred ride type, and confirm your booking. You'll be matched with a nearby rider within minutes.
Payment is made directly to your rider at the end of your trip. Cash payment is the standard payment method. Make sure to have the exact fare or close to it ready for a smooth transaction.
Habal currently operates in Silago, Southern Leyte, covering the town center and all barangays including Hingatungan, Catmon, Poblacion, Lagundi, and surrounding areas. We're continuously expanding our service coverage.
To become a Habal rider, you need to be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, own a motorcycle in good condition, and pass our background check. Apply through our app or visit our office in Silago Town Center.
If you left an item in your ride, you can report it through the app's "Lost & Found" feature or contact our support team immediately. We'll help coordinate with the rider to retrieve your belongings.
